System ya majabazi...CS chirchir should be questioned. Pursuing justice through the judiciary is a waste of time and resources. System is rigged. DCI is a mafia criminal enterprise serving the interest of highest bidder. Banana republic at its finest.

DCI, Kenya Police and all security forces in Kenya just dance to the tune of the resident of SH. The security organs are not partial. They are in most cases misused for political purposes and like in this case for economic crimes.

Kenya kwanza trending on thin ice here. When people lose confidence with institutions then all hell will break lose. If the government cannot obey court orders then why should common mwanachi obey court orders? There should be restitution for aggrieved party.  Why waste birrions on judiciary if no one is obeying the law. I thought last election was about cutting off state capture....

It looks like the DCI were just verifying to make sure that the lady is doing legit business and that she is not one of the cartels wrecking havoc in Kenya. I hear this government has really destryoyed cartels with "mambo ni matatu" policy. CIA/FBI do these tactics all day to catch hardenend criminals. I think they thought there are cratels using this lady as a face!

No word from KRA on the 10 billion plus taxes payable on the mzigo, now that more than half of fuel price is taxes.

David Ndii need to resign or be fired. G to G deal is the worst deal ever. The government is just a guarantor that oil will be paid after 6 months. So all we are doing is extending credit facilities to private companies for 6 months plus kenya taxpayers are exposed to liability incase they default. Why not bring in companies that have financial muscle that don't require tax payers guarantee ?

Once you lock up oil importation via G to G you open the process to abuse by those in power like Anne Njoroge (read Mucconmen and Chirchir) to bring in cheap Russian oil.

You are hearing wrong this possibility is murkomen and chirchir used government money to import the oil with a plan to make profit and return the money and take there cut, the deal with the lady must have gone sour, whats clear oil is the new avenue for total corruption, once Ruto even kept kiraitu as chairman nock the mastermind triniton you knew we would be in total mess.

That's obvious 6 month window is the thing. Buy cheap sell high plus you have 6 month window to remit payment....can KRA release Ane Njoroge 3 yrs tax returns. Same thing for Galana

Seems this could be the ghost cartel that had been selling oil to Uganda riding on KPC. The new KPC board must be the newest multi millionaires in town.

Museveni reaction says alot...Moses Kuria is involved too but I think he was short changed. Source of leaks, No wonder he is claiming the government want to suicide him. Freight cost has jumped by almost 3X. It's time for a deep dive on g to g.
