If they are talking about Kenya Army land in Kampi Kuku area, I think he used his muscle and power then to edge out other land grabbers, he was the major land grabber, but there were other hustler land landgrabbers nearby area called Tafanyanini. All were angling to curve out a periphery of land Belonging to Moi Barracks. Kipchoge needed to grab lands because he had many wives all over the villages! I wouldn't be surprised if has has 40 sons by now that are also fighting for that land using goons from Tafanyanini and Kapkirruk villages. These are my neighbors fight going back to 90s!
