Just like in EACC we need s new DPP . The whole DPP should be reformed and reorganized. Just like judiciary its one of the most corrupt institution in Kenya.

It is total joke. Shouting that police want to arrest me is not a crime. 

The police command that has served for more than 20 years cannot be reformed. They are irredeemable. We can only wait for them to die or in best scenario, be retired over any incompetence or misconduct. 

Or maybe Maraga will offer a silver bullet.
