He was romoured to sit in cabinet - only ass minister to ever do that. He was definitely powerful ass min.
He was sitting in Moi's Kitchen cabinet - and was engine behind Uhuru & Gideon power plan.
Biwott-Saitoti group had been kicked out - by Gideon, Ruto and Uhuru - young turks.
