These are companies that thrived under political patronage. Now reality is setting.

Now let us watch companies like Megascope of Richard Ngatia will cope with the new political order. The man sat in State House and dictated the Health Ministry's policy for the past 10 years.

I remember that young CEO we were all told was a "star" -- where is he today?  He had a Ph.d I think from Oxford in some science subject, but even for him, like Dande, why go back to Kenya? Do these middle class kenyans not like to work? are they too pampered? I wonder what he is doing now?

Gachao was hired to ensure Transcentury benefitted from Vision 2030 tenders which they had crafted at McKinsey. Most of these snake oil salesmen with foreign degrees are all hat and no cattle. Media blitz and good cover for their corruption godfathers /networks.

This is the problem with kenya that even people like gachao kiuna who had a phd. in biochemistry, doesn't want to spend years working and would rather go back to kenya and deal with that crony capitalism. What is he doing now in kenya?

Looks like he is now working for a company called aqua power
