I wish he could appreciate that the "Inua Jamii" recipients are agemates of his parents. 10 years will pass and Kenyans will love Uhuru more than luto.

Elderly need money that should be highest priority, especially given that there is drought. Question is is it automatic or admn has to request it in a budget???

Uhuru govt was paying 2K per month which was disbursed quarterly. So it was last paid in June. We are now in December. There is a missed September disbursement. I expect that question to come from the likes of @Noway. How are you in IT if mathematics is not your strong point?

Gov has budgetted to borrow 3 billion externally but the global economy just wont allow
I dont think they will cut social spending.

Yes, the risk of IMF strangulation is very real; and I agree ; gov has to be imaginative; but we dont end up with goldenburg; which sounded like unorthodoxy way to raise forex by stealing congo gold; only to end up realizing; Patni and Kanyottu were stealing kenya remaining forex.

The problem with seizures most of the money is held up in assets - not liquid.
