I think they count each of 56 agencies times the services offered.
For example Business registration has 13 times.
So they must be saying each of those agencies and counties have roughly 70 services!!!

Someone need to fact check.

1) Who will be supplying GOK with the IT infrastructure and payment systems to offer these services?

2) Just because GOV service is digital doesn't wipe out corruption.Look at nyayo house immigration,Huduma centre,lands,Public procurement.corruption still goes on.

GOK should privatise these services.
