Moi was tribalist but a better one than Jomo - who was worse - in fact even with kikuyu - he favoured Kiambu over others. Kibaki betrayed kenyans who elected him with landslide of 65% - and you saw 5yrs later - poor innocent kikuyus being hunted all over the country.

Thankfully we got 2010 constitution - out of kibaki grand betrayal of narc revolution - that has entrenched fairness, equity and probity.

Ruto job is now easy - follow the law. The 2010 constitution has dealt with these issues. They are now non-issues - unless someone flout the law.

Raila has absolutely no hope against Ruto - because Ruto is just too smart. Even if he was to go rogue - he would still win.

Nobody want to live in a country where people hate each other. This is what you experience in coast and call it envy. For the coasterians - they feel gov has marginalized them. They have a point that is proven by data.

First deal with their real issues - then see if envy will still be there.
