Churhces were doing good some years back in Kenya. Today those are Ltds that do not pay taxes. At least bars do pay taxes and for operational licenses. So you are right, bars cannot be equited to churches. From a point of view of KRA, bars operate on higher moral grounds.
Wacha zako. He has give church time to regulate. I dont think many people have serious issues with church noise. It wekeend noise. The problem are bars making noise from Monday to Friday in residential areas. If they start Friday to Sunday - no one will complain.
And most churches do good work for society.
Bars should never be equated to churches.
