They are the law. Courts are a side track
Problem with such killer gangs is that they lead to more gangs and soon its Mexico and lots of bodies on the street. I have never seen a country kill its way into being secure. Even in Israel, they send them to jail.
Its a sad sad story, and one day the courts will decide and Kenya will have to pay these families.

This is the EJK Omollo has been warning about.  A mwananchi can be disappeared and life goes on.  Chilling.  Very chilling.

If the Muslims feel under siege.  They are going to want to make others feel a bit of the medicine.

I still think it is relatively easy for Kenya to resolve this issue.  It starts by creating some daylight between uncle Sam's "war on terror" and Kenya.

Yep.  It did.  They wiped out a lot of "Mungiki" youth.  Oscar Kamau and Paul Oulu were neutralized for getting too close to that trail.

I pray everyday that those praising EJK not be killed by these squads but get news of their loved ones mowed down. May it be the most loved son, daughter wife, mistress. Better still let the squads mistake the cars they are driving and spray it with bullets kill everybody except the one cheering them. I direct this solemn prayer to vooke, Obienga, Mgeni etc.

It doesn't take much really. It's just for a business rival to denounce you are a financier of radicals and this happens:

These comments from The Nation seem to say someone's watching the mess from the sidelines with glee, ama..

Ms Harf noted that all Kenyan trainees are vetted in accordance with a US law prohibiting assistance to military and police units judged to be violating human rights with impunity.

Police corruption is like Ebola, it must be treated immediately otherwise it spreads and leaves lots of bodies all over streets. You heard them say that if they shoot someone they just bandika a gun and label them a terrorist like the one in Nyeri - case closed. Ask those whose relatives disappeared or were murdered in cold blood. If Kenyatta feels good to be acquitted, then he will know how these people will feel once they get justice.

Quote from: Logan
BARELY a week has passed since ICC suspended the case against Uhuru Kenya and some of the Jubilee allied bloggers have started to selectively share images of 2007/08 election violence and even others publicly stating who they think was responsible, YES we know where this debate is heading

Now, why cant they put the entire story in perspective and tell it 360 degrees? then we can all heal and move on:
Start with Kibera, Limuru, Naivasha, Nakuru, Eldoret (North Rift), Kisumu, Kakamega, Mombasa Nyeri, Thika and all other places? [/i]

This is the video I had seen earlier on twitter.  For me, the really confusing line is when the cop switches into private hired assassin.  With such license to eliminate, what is to stop them from pulling an innocent Negro from his jalopy and executing him on the street in broad daylight for a small fee?  Dead men tell no tales.

This would never take Kamwana back to ICC....Anyone expecting anything short of EJK on radical muslim preachers is day dreaming...we have no time to take those kind of animals to a human court of law. Thanks Al Jazeera but this is not news. Wacheni ujinga
