I support it but dont see the need to entrench it in the constitution this early.

First establish the office through an act of parliament.

Then late entrench.... when Raila has behaved like constructive opposition leader...not leading violent demos...but opposing gov policies

Bad idea. This is SG of official opposition. This are not people who should be paid from gov coffers. Until opposition behave maturely and constructively - they should continue to suffer
