We need to threat Somalis better - even if they wanted to secede and can be arrogant.

We should encourage Somalia and Ethiopia to join EAC.

This will open our economy for new dynamic growth - Somalis & Eritreans are very prolific fearless enterprenuers - and Kenya economy is richer with them.

Of course there is -  they dont receive warm reception ugandan or south sudanase did - they are subjected to discrimination in ID/Passport - and are treated like criminals.

Somalis are not even 3 percent of kenya - this kind of irrational fear that I am talking about. Muslims in kenya are barely 10 percent.
