Not really. From plato's story you can tell the community found it abhorrent. Unless you have fierce dogs, wall fence, once such reach the public you will be lucky to reach police station alive.
Kenya my friend is a moral sewer. No humanity. Everyone for themselves. Mind you 90% of Kenyans are saved/born again. Religion is a scam/scum. The idea of private solution to public problems has destroyed the country completely. It will take a big catastrophe to turn this country around.
