I think Ruto failed the constitutional test here.

Ruto is old school and that is why he will use the old curriculum of Arap Moi. In the end the big dockets like Foreign Affairs, Finance, Defence, Roads, Energy and Internal Security will end up either having a Kalejin as Cs or PS. In some cases both.

This wont be vetted so we cant do much except pray they deliver.  The good thing they are no illeterates like Moi era. Most have Phds.

Not even a minister has security of tenure. Independent commissions, judiciary, police head, central bank - those have security of tenure - for 4 or 8yrs

Wondering why Ledama put Hersama in the list of Somali , he is a cross of Rendile and Samburu.  Mohamed Dhagar is a relative of a relative of Musa Arabella a Rendile .

So ledama is nit truthful here. Kenya is tribal country, so we need people who are loyal to the President jini ya maji, and Ruto did  a balanced PS appointment compared to the last presidents (Uhuru, Kibaki , Moi and Kenyatta)

And in the Counties missing a PS they have a CS appointment. Except One
