I think Kenya should've stayed out. They should pull out of Somalia too. One day these returning troops from foolhardy expeditions will wreck our democracy.

Cardinal Rule Number One: Don't go for peace keeping when some major players in the conflict aren't part of the peace pact you intend to implement. Above all: No Peace Pact no Peacekeeping force.

Number two: stay out of Peacekeeping in any country in your own backyard. Kenya as part of East African Community has a common border with DRC! Hell DRC is inside Kenya's regional borders. You violate that and end up with an imported war.

1) Uganda/Rwanda Make over $4BN from Congo forest timber and minerals exports annually.Its that money that is used to fund their security apparatus which explains the current stability in those countries.Western corporations also sell weapons to M23 rebels who are UG/RW axis.As you can see,This was has alot of beneficiaries.

2) Inorder to ensure that Rwanda and Uganda continues exploiting DRC resources,There must be externally funded ethnic rebel groups to fund inter ethnic and anti GOVERMENT conflict to ensure the GOVERMENT doesn't get funds from mineral resources which in turn means a weak army and a weak president.

3) This is why Raila/Uhuru/Tsishekedi AXIS proposed a regional force to end this anarchy.This resulted in Uhuru M7 and Kagame fallout and they found a new ally in Ruto.This explains why Ruto has pulled out Kenya army from DRC.Its pure regional politic.

4) Tsishekedi is trying to fight this system,Like lumumba 1964 He has even sought for arms from Russia.Like Kabila 2000,He has betrayed his pre swearing in pact with Kagame Kabila m7 not to distort the status quo.

Based on this premise,I think it's game over.
