Police training in Kenya needs an overhaul. Very poorly trained police officers and maybe it is on purpose.

It's crazy. Even if the kidnapped child was in the car, it doesn't make sense to spray the car with bullets. You could end up killing the kidnapped child too.
Our police force needs an overhaul.

Only radical shake up will fix kenya police.

I still insist every police man be sent to their village to guard their own villagemates.

They will become more humane - not detached.

There should be police localization policy. Only OCS - upward should be taken to other counties.

Ruto legacy will amount much more if he can confront kenya police - it's most vile, the most corrupt, the most evil police force in the world.

Vetting didnt help.

The solution is send each policeman to their county - let them sleep at their home with their wives and kids - report to nearest police station - and only the OCS/OCPD should continue serving in their current location.

This will instantly make police happy and responsible members of society - not drug addicts killing people away from their homes - like an occupying force.

What is the chance of one bullet hitting the head especially if the police were following up a "carjacking" that had a child on board? Couldn't they have shot at the tires?

It was to be done under the new constituition. Who diluted the police reforms?

I have not forgotten the vetting of top police officers by the National Police Service Commission under Johnston Kavuludi. It was a mockery of the Kenyan public with police officers making the whole thing look like a circus.

Forget police reforms under this regime. It will benefit more from a corrupt and inept police force.

Let see. I trust in Ruto; you trust in the loser Raila. Ruto I think is open to ideas like localizing police force - that will make them more humane. I dont think anybody benefit from our vile police force - it soon turn on you.

Didn't I tell you about 5hrs ago?

I've seen someone post on Twitter that the guy criticized current Pakistani PM vehemently so it may not mistaken identity.

Kenya is a nation of thugs.

Why did the driver (knowing how trigger happy the kenya police are) why did he refuse to stop at the road block?

Who relayed communication on the police network?
KDG 200M
KDJ 700F

Does evading a road block warrant shoot to kill?

Did the Pakistanis shoot on the police first?

What a country.

This is not more than jailing these people.
What is the policy on use of deadly force?
All armed men and women in uniform need to be professionals not hustlers.
