The real problem in kenya is drugs & betting. Most deadbeats are dealing with drug addiction

I know many deadbeats that are not on drugs and that don't bet. They are jobless. No hustles. Have given up, etc, etc. and I know some who have jobs and will spend their money drinking. There's a societal problem where the burden of bringing up children is placed completely on the shoulders of women with men spending hours and hours and most of their money in bars and not on their kids.

If they were child support enforcement courts in kenya they'd be overrun and maybe they needs to be a CRB version for deadbeats, but I think even that would be overrun (too many people)

enforcement. order each sub chief to arrest every kinyanagrika not supporting kids. dedicate 1 billion to prosecute and take these nugus to jail or sell their assets. we need to stop letting people hurt kids and women.

Its a problem tht requires commitment
chiefs can do it.

Only court order with custodial sentencing will solve the probel,m
ruto should just summon registrar and tell him or her to put this on that cucus tray of things to do
gok should just crackdown using chiefs
yes ruto should make it a priority to push this to happen via courts and his administration ensures chiefs refer these cases to courts quickly

He is on right track with 3B to judiciary to build 150 courts. The laws exists. It just need enforcement. This together with drugs - alcohol-and betting are affecting hustlers. Ruto will show them tough love. The bad folks are 10 percent. 90 percent are decent. I know two guys each with 7 children - they both dont care. You will find the guys who are deadbeat are repeat offenders  - they have kids all over the town.

I think it's the opposite actually (most kenyan men if separated from their wives or girlfriends do not provide any financial assistance)

Ruto and Gachagua can begin by highlighting these issues in their speeches. Start telling men to stop wasting their lives drinking; to stop being deadbeats (gachagua especially seems to be a family man and he can push this message) and they need to start using the word "dead beat" and shaming these men.

It is a societal crisis when men are completely removed from the upbringing of their children and from work and productivity and think it's okay to go having baby's with 5 different women none of whom they can support.

it is not 10% if you take proper analysis of demographics you will see ages 50 to 18 you have over 30% deadbeats. what you are talking about are serial lotharias those are not many. however the number of regular Joe's that have a kid or two out there they do not take care of is in the millions.  uhuru highlighted this a couple of times in speeches he made. it is a crisis. George Soros has mentioned that he pays fees for several of these kids. I support several women and I have seen this behavior become more and more prevalent over time

There is strong correlation with drug addiction - alcohol induced irresponsibility - that you see all over. Few women will let a man walk free even in kenya if they know he has money. Most of the deadbeat are hopeless. This is very true in Kiambu and other counties battling mass alcohol addiction.

Story - 20s yr old - get early pregancies - the lady takes care of kids - the guy slowly drift into alcohol. The ladies become responsible as they have kids to feed - the guy continue deep into alcohol.

most of the men i am aware of are not hopeless. it takes a lot of emotional toll to fight a deadbeat and the money to do it.
if a man has money they can toy with the woman. in a poor society like kenya women a very exposed.

Pundit keeps saying drug addicts, but I"m not seeing that. Alcoholics? yes, they are in the millions, but honestly I think the number of dead beats is up there in the 70% if not more

Kenya has become a country where the majority of children are being raised by single mothers.

Deadbeat Governor Wamatangi on killer alcohol

Wamatangi himself is a rapist and dead beat (he impregnated his teenage maid and has refused to pay child support)  - Kenyan society has descended into a pit of moral darkness and the only way to tame (yes, tame because men have become like animals) the only way to tame this animalistic/baboon like behavior is to STRICTLY apply the rule of law equally to everyone.

we need to build capacity - by building children courts and enforcing arms - all over the country. Then we need FIDA like org everywhere assisting women. Unfortunately women issues have gone back burner as the right wing called them feminazi. Its upon gov to finance the children courts. Developed world to fund FIDA to assist women to sue men.

Diverse authorities and lived experiences on what is going on. Though mostly middle crass kilimanisque, captures what men are going through in a dysfunctional economy.
