Gabow must live up to the Oath of office he took and vow to protect people and their property. The chaos and orchestrated violence witnessed at Bomas National Tallying Centre where IEBC officials and staff were being violently beaten as uniformed police spectated should be a reminder to Gabow about the magnitude of the sensitive task ahead of him.

Kenyans and the International Community are closely watching the developments in the police service at this time and condemn any vile attempts to intimidate or bastardize Independent Institutions, especially the Judiciary.

There was a group, including two officers who were suppose to kidnap Chebukati before announcement. Intelligence reached BOMAS quickly and Chebukati decided to do it right away. To date, Uhuru is still very upset  over the announcement. He believes Mutyambai and his 'deep state' minions let him down.

He is President-elect, so he will automatically be the President of Kenya. We have NEVER had of a President-elect in Kenya that failed to become the President. Moi, Kibaki, and Uhuru were all President-elect for a brief period before they morphed into Presidents. Same case with Ruto. Kibaki and Uhuru went through the same supreme court process the same way Ruto is undergoing. We are used to perennial losers [same person multiple times] going to the supreme court to lose again. Kibaki and Uhuru were weak and allowed the loser to scare them into a handshake. Ruto will never allow such this time. The journey to Bondo is laser-guided and unstoppable!

after years of drinking, corruption and binge eating the ig has collapsed after a sudden massive heart attack. it will take proper lifestyle change and over 5 years to recover. My dad quit drinking at age 35. however he never worried about his weigh and at 55 he was weighing about 210 pounds at 5' 9". on the even of his 59th birthday he was eating dinner when he realized he had suffered a heart attack. it wasn't massive but enough for him to shout for help and ask for sugar to relieve the acidic reflux burning his throat. luckily it happened at 9 pm and his next door neighbor was an aperture car racer. the neighbor drove from eastlands to nairobi hospital in less 15 minutes it is claimed he did it in 9 minutes. as soon as he got into er he started screaming at nurses to hurry as he had a heart attack. this drew the attention of a Dr walking by who ordered the nurses to stop asking questions and do an ekg his exact words were "if the patient says it's a heart attack then it is, stop arguing with him" immediately the ekg was on the doctor confirmed it was a heart attack. he quickly paged Dr Gikonyo who happened to have been in the car waiting for another doctor to head to a party. Dr gikonyo came in as the hospital demanded for a deposit and he told the finance guys to give him the paperwork to sign on behalf of my dad. he didn't know my dad but he was mad that he was being delayed from saving a life. anyway he successfully performed a surgical procedure to unblock an artery that had a clot and my Oldman was in the hospital for 2 weeks. it took him over 1 year to recovery from the surgery. he did turn around his life and went on OMAND diet. he would Breakfast at 6 am and eat dinner at 6 pm. two meals a day and a lot of physical work. within 5 years he had dropped over 40 kgs. he never went back to eating large meals. how did he know sysmptomscof heart attack. he read surgeon diary and memorized the symptoms. he is now 85 years living his last years on earth. the problem with heart disease is that once the damage is done you need a lifetime of medical care. unless you are able to pay over shs 1.5 million per hospitalization you won't live longer. heart treatment especially where surgery and top care is needed is very expensive. drugs too are expensive. you are looking at spending about 30k a month on maintenance drugs  and doctor visits...

anyway my rant is stop discussing the ig. hit the gym., eat less and healthy and get medical check up
