Orengo - closing remarks. Look like they will finish in 12:30. Now he onto the authorities and references.

Are you shying away from what Orengo said about criminality?

Ruto will order one next week - so we can know what deep state and it's coup plotters Azimio did. It very weird to hear deep state and system candidate crying before poor judges.
Orengo: In future, let there be an inquiry to look into the criminality of the events that happened in this election.

Deep State, System and Azimio broke every law - Ruto and IEBC have documented them - including in Bomas. It's very laughable when people who had all the unfair advantages turn around to crie to poor judges? DCI, EACC, Matiangi, APS, Police, Prov Admin, Chiefs, Ass Chiefs, blocking stadia, violence from goons.
Are you shying away from what Orengo said about criminality?

Anger stage. You have a long way to go. We are all friends here :) - none of us is Raila or Ruto. I know you lost everything - right from Bungoma to Raila but dont project your anger on us.

"While we created independent offices, we forgot about Chapter 6".
Strong words, petitioners have hammered on having Chebukati excluded as commissioner in any subsequent election.

Mambo ya spinning & snipping at personalities - keep playing in the mud - we are past that. What we have present before us is evidence adduced that the Supreme Court will use to reach a verdict on September 5 and that is what we are interrogating.

It was a simple and effective submission.  Only a corrupt court would rule in favour of the Venezuela guy.

Pundit will tell us Willis Otieno is sweating and singing pinky pinky ponky, paka mielo disco. He will avoid the crux of the matter because it is inconvenient. RVHH will not even touch.

You called it... Listening to Otieno and Wanjiku's Counsel, it is clear that Chebukati is going to jail for a very long time.  They also vindicate the 4 Commissioners that have faced the wrath of KKA alley-cats 24/7.

All the noise about Chebukati is just noise. This is an election court. Not a criminal court. Chebukati can only be removed via tribunal. Also DPP can authorize charges against him. I dont see Yusuf Haji son doing such. I dont see parliament doing it.

Chebukati has until Jan 2023.

These Chebukati chebukati is just noise to supreme court.
