 :P
Soweto was interrupted severally by Githu Muigai. She told the Judges to add that time to her team. So they have plenty more time.
Ruto is deepest of the deep state who defeated the state on his 1st run. Now that is something. In the meantime you have 9 minutes to cry in supreme court. Ruto and IEBC will demolish all the evidence soon.
This is simply proof that the state was not involved (this time) in the schemes you refer to here.  No one, not even "popular" Ruto can defeat the state.

No punda, the SC is making a point that could be used by SC Judges to singularly disqualify Chebukati from ever hold an election again. Who gave him the power to cancel the General Election in Kakamega & Mombasa when the conditions for such a postponement are clearly stated in the constitution and none of those conditions existed on 9th Aug 2022!

Nowrojee shows how the constitution is to be defended not against foreign incursions but against enemies from within like Chebukati.

Firing the watchman doesn;t make the thieves any less kleptomanic.

The first person to be fired after robbery is watchmen. You're fired.
He's a thief.  Bank robbers do defeat complex security systems, it doesn't make them astute bank managers.

Nowrojee is showing how Chebukati and the other advocates in the court are trying to set up an illegal government (Article 33.2). Chebukati and people like him should hold any public office. SCOK must deny them the benefit of taking unlawful steps to make declaration of unlawful government. Anybody benefitting from Chebukati's unlawful orders must also be stopped and found liable so that Kenya can move forward.

Orengo: In future, let there be an inquiry to look into the criminality of the events that happened in this election.
