Venezuelans left the country after arrest but had full access to the IEBC server. We conclude from the affidavits of the four IEBC commissioners that Chebukati played the system through foreigners and he did not respond in his affidavit but only came through his subordinates when the evidence was in. We have a corrupted and compromised RTS system which do not meet the standards of the constitution and the IEBC act. Results first uploaded in the KIEMS kits is where we can find sources but what was at Bomas was corrupted.

Smartmatic has been mentioned in several election scandals. The only qualification they have is to serve the partisan interests of Chebukati.

That's victim blaming.  At what point do we actually find fault with the criminality?

A govt can never be a victim? It'd mean they handed the country over to criminals out of foolishness, incompetence, or collusion! If it was just Raila, I'd agree with you. This time things are different.

I have an issue with the way "foreigner" is used in this context.  They are not criminals by virtue of being foreigners, but are criminals that are foreign.

Murgor mentions Chebukati PA (Kwanusu) but does not remember his name. Downloading and conversion from the system and thereafter uploading them into the system. Now he mentions CSV files and PDF. PDF cannot be edited but CSV can be edited. This is where numbers were changed in 34As otherwose there would have been no need to download and upload after hours or a few seconds.
Pundit, spends all his time blogging that he is not aware that Adobe Acrobat has since introduced an online ODF editor tool. Just pay the subscription. Bet Chebukati procurement paid for it.

Edit PDF documents fast
Our online PDF editor lets you add text, sticky notes, highlights, drawings, and more to PDFs with ease. Just upload a file and sign in to annotate it. Then download or share it.

I wrote a payroll for a UN agency as far back as 2000 or thereabout, where I used to generate payslips in pdf format. To secure them from alteration, all I had to do was check off the 'not editable' option.
Meaning PDF have long had the technology to edit this format.

I thought it was the other way around? That PDFs are editable? Did Murgor mispeak?

PDF are editable and not editable. It all depends. You can print something to PDF - using a PDF printer - and that will generate image like you print on a paper. That is not editable. You can create editable PDF.

1st time gov, deep state, dcis, and statehouse have been rigged out. It's crazy. You need to be crazy to believe it. That folks who had all the advantages, played very rough, and still lose - can run to court and cry :) :)

Correct. IEBC PDFs are not meant to be edited.

They were using CSVs to download results using software widgets to speed up analysis and identification of appropriate target 34As.  The CSVs were for analysis part of the process.

And they are not. Download one - and edit - without using photoshop like Raila did. If you try to edit - you'll need OCR

This is simply proof that the state was not involved (this time) in the schemes you refer to here.  No one, not even "popular" Ruto can defeat the state.

Please stop this stupidity of referring folk to the portal.

The final published PDFs on there are the fake ones.  Chances are editable PDFs were generated for the rigging operations and final uneditable ones pushed to the portal.

Ruto is deepest of the deep state who defeated the state on his 1st run. Now that is something. In the meantime you have 9 minutes to cry in supreme court. Ruto and IEBC will demolish all the evidence soon.

Show me just one fake portal results - JUST ONE. You need to show me original copy - filled with paper and pen - or carbon copy.

He's a thief.  Bank robbers do defeat complex security systems, it doesn't make them astute bank managers.

The first person to be fired after robbery is watchmen. You're fired.
