The only beneficiary here is Kalonzo and UDM. Ruto will reach out to them and finish Raila before he get to supreme court next week.
This is a political war.
Legal stuff is waste of time.
2017 - Raila won in Supreme Court - but Jubilee had then taken in many NASA into their fold.

As for poor judges - I fear for them - many of them will probably end dead - if they dont beef up their security.

Ruto needs to let ODM be opposition and absorb Wiper, UDM , Independents and Jubilee. Its certain the first battle will be election of speakers . We will see if Azimio coalition will stick together.
