I just got an explosive report that the NIS guy (Kimeru Wachira) advised the President that any attempt to rig and change the will of the people will have to be on the record so that if the country burns, the blame should not go to the wrong people. You can tell Mandera, Marsabit, Wajir, Ijara, whole of remote kenya,Luo Nyanza - were mostly rigged. The figures are crazy in NEP. One place Ruto has zero and no agents. Next he is doing 50-50.

Yes, but if IEBC discover it, Ruto my still win by 50%+ over 700,000. If fraudulent figures managed to stay in the system, it will be 50%+200,000+
