How things change. This woman was running to unseat Moi a few yrs back. This is what happens when they stay in politics for too long. They become corrupt to the core.

Ngilu i think was put there to frustrate NLC constitutional mandate through deiberate confusion on clear cut issues.

Ngilu was appointed Land CS specifically to defeat any reforms and perpetuate the outright unjust national land ownership structure

She speaks of private land, yet the question of whether the land is private or public is at the root of the problem. I have no idea where this distinction cam about. It may be The Mortician splitting hairs.
