IEBC have realeased over *44,660* form 34As. For anyone to claim to have a tally, they would need to have accessed IEBC website and downloaded all these forms *one by one* (the system does not allow bulk download) They have to be painstakingly downloaded polling station by polling station.
After downloading, the figures would have to be fed to an *excel sheet* all 44,660 entries per candidate for 4 candidates.
I am at IEBC following the tallying process. It is slowly but credibly proceeding. Our supporters should remain calm and patient.
The law gives IEBC up to one week to announce official results.
