I have seen polls done in almost all online platforms - initially Ruto was leading by far in Jan - mid feb to april - it was neck to neck - may - Raila even had small lead in some of them - but something happened in July.

I dont think it's fake accounts - I think we are looking at shocking results - like these. Raila has simply collapsed july. I will call this the JULY EFFECT and will probably get MOASS wrong too.
