No it's Jowie alone. This criminal was clout chasing pretending to be know people and befriend recces guys. The jaluo officer clearly says he drove him to petrol station. He took tax, gun, kanzu and fake ID. The fake ID belong to Lavington security guard.

For this clear case of a conman who got some military training while working a security guard in Dubai coming to kenya pretending to know people in security - and using his looks - ensnared  women with money also chasing clouts - he was a woman eater.

Having interests with many criminal cases , I can tell you there is something a miss. This lady was doing magendo in South Sudan , she was to escape to Dubai . Why are these angles not featuring anywhere ?  How many people visited her when she was in Kenya. Why is no one talking about the money movement . Where is her fiance . Common guys there is a lot of gaps .
