IEBC - Election transmission will be manual
« on: July 15, 2022, 11:23:21 AM »
There will be no provisional results key-in and transmitted....that would have given us the results by end of the 9th.

What will be transmitted is the scan-form as images - and then manual physical form. The scan form will just be backup. The actual form will have to be tallied at each constituency - and const returning filled - and then submitted to Nairobi for Chebukati to sum them up.

Therefore prepare for drama - as this would take two or three days.

Azimio who have been crying computer generated - this is now as manual as it gets -  you better have you own provisional electronic results system that submit results - quickly - otherwise it could be darkness for 3 days.

Unconstituional , Constituion and Law required techonolgy in transmitting results.
Ontime transmission is what averted violence in 2013 and 2017.

I think provisional results was not required. SCORK hanged IEBC for it. So they stopped it.

Electronic form transmission will continue....but scanned images.

Not digitized data that is easy to sum up.

So once the scans are received at Bomas on the night of 9th, what do they do with them, put them in a publicly accessible database or just sit on them twiddling their fingers as they await R.O tallies?
Would it make sense to transmit then await R.O tallies?

Yes I guess they will manually enter it at that stage...so there may be some hours of delay... results won't be instationious like 2013 and 2017..

my estimate it will take 3 days to even have a clear picture of where the tally is headed. nis will have a field day rigging..violence will erupt in some areas but kenyans are tired of politics. they want the selection to move on and they go back to their lives.

Ruto has more people in NIS than Uhuru and Raila. Uhuru was drinking when Ruto was laying groundwork in 2013-2017!

If he cant order KU VC and Council - then how will he order NIS - and police or prov admin - I also suspect when countdown for who has DEEP STATE - Ruto definitely has more - because Ruto is a meticulous planner and has been working on the background as they yap.

IEBC is the really deep state from now till 9th August - from Chebukati to secretariat - whoever has influence the appointment of Returning Officer - will influence the appointment of presiding officers. From their cries - it appears Ruto has got the strategic counties covered by his allies.  They are now recruiting pliable presiding officers - vetted by Ruto men on the ground.

Ruto appears to have 4 commissioners - two old Somalis plus Chebkati plus Irene Cherop Kasit (ODM tried to block her but it was too late) - Azimio have got 3 (newbies who have been sidelined and are now useless as secretariat run stuff and only Chebukati is Presidential RO). Ruto has got his men and women manning critical counties.

The only place Ruto slept is the Mainstream Media. It's totally Azimio. But thankfully there is social media.

Ruto only startegy is to mess and sabotage elections - cut internet and such kind of shenagians. Maybe he will try bribing POs this last week but any such mass bribery scheme will be outed.

So why is UDA still whining about rigging?
