That paper signed by Museveni and Kagame is worth nothing. They will not keep their word. Both benefitting immensly from the chaos in DRC. Why should they bite the hand that is feeding them?

It sickening when KDF send poor boys to go and die. I lost my bakule in Lamu to alshabab. We have lost many young men in our place to Alshabaab
