Maribe will walk..those accusations can't sustain a murder charge..jowie won't.She should have be tried for being an accessory to murder.The case against jowie is overwhelming...only corrupt judge can save him

I guess the defense will get a chance to explore that angle..it's upon Jowie and Maribe to proof they didnt do it...and best way is to show someone else wanted her dead.

I believe prosecution have proven Jowie has a case to answer.

Now the burden of proof shift to them,

And they were going to get her money how? also, how much money are we talking about here? Kenya is a total mafia state. Unbelievable. Maribe and Jowie are both young. They have time on their side to work, take risks and make more money. Why kill?

Girl had hundred of millions in the account. Her general boyfriend in Sudan may have ordered a hit on her and the hit man may have recruited jowie. My theory is the girl had a couple of million on her on that day of her death. She had several male jigolos she had been intimate with. One is from Githunguri

Open shut case to solve, but with corrupt judiciary, the case will be prolonged for decades until evidence become weak- Okoth Obado style!. How do evidence become weak over time? It is mutilated on both sides [defense & Prosecution] with money! How does statute of limitations work in Kenya?
