Yes what they dont quite understand Ruto is running two campaigns.

He is running for PORK(Executive). He is running to control the 2nd Arm (Parliament). Then he can leave Koome and other institution doing other things.

He is running to dominate Mps, Senates and others seats. That is why Ruto invested nearly a billion shs in UDA nomination that was free and fair. UDA will win 180 Mps seats. That if you add what 20 from Weta+MaDVD - will give Ruto 210MPs. Just 10-20Mps shy from 230 needed to ammend katiba.
