Ruto billboards were put way before Rigathi was chosen.Now Ruto will spice it with regional leaders..western will have madvd..central rigathi..coast kingi and mvurya...turkana nanok..garisa duale.Already Ruto has billboard every town..Raila has maybe three that he put recently..he is broke?
