Kenyan Constituion has managed to make GEMA and Kalenjins one item likewise it has managed to make Luo Nyanza and Kambas one item. One reason why Raila is hellbound to change the constituion. Even Uhuru had been adviced tp start kabila mbili propaganda but it never took traction.
