Yes, his demands are too much. Ruto cannot be reached even if you are at the top echelons of UDA. I saw in DC how leaders were grappling to get his attention. He is the ultimate BOSS. Even Musalia, ichunguah and the rest have to book a 15-30 minute appointment to meet him. He probably been trying to meet DP since last year with no avail...
