Matiangi is the most overrated cabinet secretary. Nothing organic, radical or fundamental change  has he ever brought forward. Even a simple thing as having police men stationed in their county to avoid disrupting their family life. Sometime you wonder, why do we chase this academic degrees if we cannot apply this knowledge?

People liked him for education-exam thing.
Kenya have very low standards because gov officials dont work
Some of us who put even 48 hours on work are rare.
Matiangi has been disaster in interior ministry because you cannot order them - unless you're Kalam Madoung Oyugi.
Oyugi remember was insider having served as DO,DC and PC - so he knows how gov works
Zakayo is insider.
But two university lectures - dealing with POWER MEN- hakuna kazi.

Gachagua is insider in gov - knows how interior works - sio vitisho baridi - freshi barida

University lectures - Karanja, Saitoti, Prof mbithi - disaster.

You need Gachaguas, Oyugis and Zakayos - who knows how to make gov works - sio vitisho bure - labda bila pesa.
They will pretend to work - do no work.
