Raila will probably get 4800 votes in Kilifi and Kwale. In Tana river and Taita Taveta, maybe 10K. The coast wameamu already. It is weird it looks like Ruto has locked NASA votes minus Luo and few Kamba votes. He has also locked Jubilee votes minus about 10K Karua votes.
