I am not angry. You're not angry. I think US should invest in Cyber Warfare to match Chinese, Koreans and Russians. Not engage Kenyans on such issues. That would require taking the brightest brains to do destructive work - not create companies in silicon valley - very sad.

Actually the opposite has happened. Russia slept on this stage , Youtube , Facebook,Instagram, Twitter are all American owned and once the Ukraine invasion happened they censored Russian accounts. Where as China have been clever ane came up with Tiktok Russia slept all those years. They only had RT TV  which went through similar censorship.
What I see here is authorities seems to want to control internet .I dont think it will succeed.
