The importance of conclusive primaries cannot be gainsaid.
Moi made sure that KANU primaries were as good as final verdict.
That meant most election in KANU Zones would be done by 3 months to election - leaving only PORK.
Three months before general most of KANU mps would run unopposed and declared winners.
Everyone would then focus on PORK - making sure he gets the highest votes possible
MPS, MCAS and rest focus on presidential votes - making sure turnout is high.
If rigging was needed - nobody would complain - because no random MCA running on another ticket - will watch the ballots

Prepare for kalenjin vote turnout of 95 percent if like I suspect this marks the end of voting for most areas - except Isaac Ruto of Bomet.

Ruto has delivered the final verdict on the five ballots - the rest will mostly be empty - everyone will work on the one ballot box remaining.

What is state machinery? You think it some magical thing. Why havent they fixed fuel shortage. State machinery is people like Ruto working and organizing things to work like clockwork.

Biometric will limit stuffing - but I see 5-10 percent stronghold rigging in Kalenjin because nomination has removed many eyes from the pot...so chumvi kidogo will be added..to balance Azimio rigging in Nyanza and possiblye NEP.

It will be hard for Mt kenya to do stronghold rigging this time round - because Jubilee will be run out of town if they attempt any monkey games.
