That is a correct analysis, had Jubilee had it the other way round, Kenya would be Singapore level by now. Raila would not have sabotaged the economy in 2017-2018, and Billions sunk to BBI would have been thwarted. The big four agenda would have been fully implemented, and 2 billion stolen daily would have been reduced to a million shillings or so. DP is a brilliant planner that hates wastefulness, laziness, and mediocrity. He loves results, and with each passing day, Kenya would be hitting one milestone after the other. Kenya would be immensely lucky to have my brother as the steward of Kenya' a economy and government!

Kenya is still in Africa. Even in 100 years it will never be like Singapore. What do they manufacture to make it like Singapore? 

Uhuru it seems (like all African presidents, has failed the ultimate test -- getting Kenyans out of extreme poverty and now inflation seems to be biting and the cost of living has skyrocketed. Was it covid? was it the lockdowns? is it all the loans coming back to bite them, but everyone is complaining about the high cost of living.

In the end what brings all politicians down? It's the economy.  The book is still out on Ruto (can he take a country of almost 50 million people with low levels of education, no history of manufacturing or any real production out of poverty?) the proof will be in the pudding.

Effective leadership is all you need to see Kenya, or any country move ahead. Unfortunately in Kenya, the DP is only relegated to assisting the president. Ruto and Uhuru fell out because of the big four agenda. The president wanted constitutional change and DP wanted the big four fully implemented. In the end, the president saw it better to shelf the dp and bring Raila to achieve his mission. Uhuru is very upset now that his plan never went through....
