I uncovered Yebei - he was calling himself SmartCollege (I think he run a small computer college) - he was the author of most of the statement - because I think he stumbled upon those guys needing someone to type - because he was better educated of the bunch of former PNU official and charlatans around Eldoret NGOs - became the author of those make-believe laughable giant stories.
However because he had no testimony of his own - he was left out - and was complaining bitterly when rest had left first to Tanzania and Uganda then later Europe.
He was complaining that he had been left out - and yet had assisted drafting the statements for them. The others who had gone to Europe were in their email exchange accusing Yebei of having switched camp to Ruto.
When d-day came to testify the charltans refused to testify on oath knowing they would be ripped apart in cross-examination and demanded to be brought back to Kenya. Ocampo then desperately cameback to Kenya to collect the rejects or B list. Yebei and others who were in the B-List were now required to go to Europe and fill the void.
Now btw 2010 - I think he had gone to Ruto folks to sell out the others - and now he was also talking to Ocampo - so basically he was now double-dealing. That I believe led to his death.
Nearly all those who testified against Ruto - were PNU officials or local charltan in Ken (late) and Koros NGO - Something against Torture - they had been co-opted in a scheme they didnt know by Nancy Gitau working with Martha Karua and with Moses Kuria as the mtu ya mkono (he had "fixed" himself as PNU consultant or something after running away from Dubai where he worked as banker) - initially to testify in Waki report to fix Ruto - and later co-opted by Ocampo - and wakina Hassan Omar & Maina Kia.
If Ruto had been involved in PEV - NIS would have known - the prov administration would have known.
I also uncovered Kenyatta side - It was mostly Mungiki thing - after fallout with Maina Njenga - Maina Kia was assisting them - with small Ngo of Njuguna and Luo man - both were killed - Uhuru went on a killing spree and left Ocampo with 1-2 key Mungiki witnesses - and just victims like Ndege of Naivasha.
I even talked to Kaunya - now Iteso Mp - who had also run to Europe - Kaunya had been AP Training commandant - and knew the role (and had resisted some orders) of AP commandant Kinuthia Mbugua(now Uhuru statehouse comptroler) and Gen Ali - in organizing the rigging and the subsequent massacres of Kibera and Kisumu using Administration Police. Kaunya I believe was to testify against Gen Ali/Muthaura.
I recently met Gen Ali in JKIA - the man is wasted - he seem to have dementia - was being held by many somalis aides - and somehow had managed to forget his phone. He looks miserable.
Really? If he is so innocent why did he kill Yebei?
