These so called liars are going to have a very hard time convincing anybody. They have taken to answering false to everything even basic facts. This I think is done in their zeal to "prove" they lied earlier. I listen for a short while and it came out clearly that this witness' current position could be correct except that his lies previously had been so thorough, he needs the Holy Spirit to deny what he said earlier.

When asked:

Q: Was Ruto made Kalenjin leader
A: Yes
Q: What is the role of such a leader
A: He is a consultant and he tell people what to do
Q: Do they follow what he says
A: Not always
Q: Was Ruto an influential Person in the Rift Valley
A: No

It's tough.  Especially when from the onset one declares himself a liar.  The immediate things he says.  One has to resist the urge to assume he is lying.

OTP have a tough job here with these "hostile" witnesses. Convincing the judges when they are lying when by default any benefit of doubt is debitted to accused account.
