I am not sure it would change much, if they were NOT corrupt.  Their military strategy and doctrine would be problematic even under the best conditions.  It has been exposed.  Ukrainians can take everything they have to throw at them(short of nukes - they can't use them).  The coming Rasputista might give them reprieve from the onslaught.  Ukraine also has to manage and consolidate its gains; that might buy the Russians breathing space.  But the long term prognosis, for Russia, remains bleak.
