This last part is laughable - South Rift and Raila ahead . It appears to me Ruto will beat Raila almost everywhere except Luo Nyanza!

Raila, who has yet to declare his candidature, bags Nyanza, Northern Kenya and South Rift if an election was held at the time of the survey.

This is the narrative they are trying to push......anyway when have the opinion polls proven to be correct in Kenya ? in 2007,2013 and 2017 they were all wrong.

They always get rv wrong. completely wrong. even if they split into two parts with 7 counties each - Ruto steal lead in all of them.
Say north - nandi, ug, tranzoia, elgeyo marakwet, pokot, turkana and samburu.
Say south - narok, kajiado,bomet, kericho, nakuru, baringo and laikipia

Even if we take this obviously cooked opinion poll -

In fact 38% out 67 percent of those decided and who responded...whopping 33 percent didnt --- means Ruto is doing 57 percent.

Look like he has taken nakuru/laikipia/meru/embu/tharaka with 5 counties of central to Mt kenya - 21 percent of national vote.
He has central rift -at 17 percent
Then south rift - at 3 percent - maybe Kajiado and narok?
Then western at 11 percent - maybe he included transzoia in western\
Lower eastern - ukambani - at 7 percent
Northern - this probably NEP plus Isiolo and marsabit.
