Raila is now entirely dependent on Uhuru. If Uhuru pulls out - and does an handshake with Ruto or backs OKA - Raila candidature evaporate to thin air.

Ruto is a political genius who has taken entire gov and it's machinery plus combined opposition of NASA - and seems unbeatable.

DP is running an effective insurgency-type campaign that he planned in the first two years of Jubilee 1.0. His opponents aka Uhuraila and team are still planning an appropriate response to the juggernaut. DP, the one-man army will probably be defeated ONLY by destroying Kenya with him. Changing 1000 note currency and constitution (BBI) was part of the plan to defeat him, but the sly DP came out intact. Watermelon is already sending distress calls to uhuraila that about 930K Kambas may go, hustler way!

It is a Trump style of winning, but the beneficiaries are the tribal politicians not the regular guy. These tribal politicians get govt contracts and take the money and run only to reappear After 4yrs, and they do the same thing again and again. Meanwhile generations remain without jobs. I have friends of mine who who went to school with me and they have never had a job in their life. Their kids have followed. Soon grandkids. Poverty...... This is in land where billionaires flash all kinds of materials, but these tribal politicians have never had policies to address anything.

Now in regards to impatient . Ruto is the most  patient politician. He never run 2013 elections but supported  Uhuru in 2017 he shelved his ambitions again and supported Uhuru again.
Now for Raila you cant say thw same . He started campaigning against Kibaki imediately in 2013 . He stood against Kibaki and lost in 2007 elections he uses P.E.V to become PM . Is that being patient ?
After losing 2017 elections he decided to join government instead of playing his rightful position. Is that being Patient.

You deal with What if'S when they happen.  I remember you saying that Kale's cannot be betrayed like Luos were with the MOU.  Right now RAO has a gun (ouru) and Ruto does not. So Ruto is being clever by asking RAO to put his gun down and have a fist fight with him.
