Dont glorify this kind of nonsense that impede women in politics. CS Tobiko obviously cannot countenance her sister swaying with the political wind sweeping the country in UDA.

That husband should respect her political wife or ask for a divorce.

Women fail in politics because of this kind of sexist bigotry.

The house or land belong to both of them. The wife is an MP - and want to be a governor. That husband is killing her ambition.

Precisely, the man behind this msukasuko is Keriako Tobiko.
Having said that let me not try to sanitize kenya politics from what it is moral sewer. If you wife joins kenya politics better believe she will be ndiywad.

There are women of integrity. Someone like Joyce Abonyo Laboso. Isaac tried all nonsens - denigrating her/her husband/marriage- but people could tell Joycle truly cared for people, never stole and his record as two term Mp spoke for itself.

We should not add more stigma for women who want to join politics. There are shebesh type - and they are Joyce type. The same for men.

Generally women are more compassionate leaders - less corrupt (not risk taking like men) - and having more of them is good for kenya.

Out of 100's kenyan women in politics you can only give one example. Am sure if we were to shine some light and kick under the tires you would see maajabu. Can you say the same about her sister  Lorna Laboso? My fren, once you ngaofled in kwinya join politics you better believe she will Ndiywad. Thats why mainly women divorcee or single parents join kenya siasa. Kenya politics is a sewer. Sewer rats and thieves thrive. It is what it is

This is not true. The raia are the deciders. The parties if they hold fair nomination - why do women have to sleep. This old school women have to sleep to get promotion and all nonsense. This is not true.

Marriage, siasa,and women are water and oil. Two possiy reasons;

1. Married women spook their husbands when they venture into siasa and most men just can't handle them so they limit their political ambitions

2. Siasa wrecks marriages where women are involved probably due to illicit sex.

The same can be said of letting your woman to work under a male boss somewhere. I sometime listen to Kibe - the online radio dude - and he says if you wife is under some dude - paying her money - chance are high she will sleep with him - unless she is super ugly or something like that.

Women also think if a man is left a lone with any woman - even housmaid - they will end up sleeping together

Except siasa is more interactive than any desk job you can think of plus, Negro pretends men sleeping around is kosher but not women

The politics of Kenya is male dominated and women who join Kenyan politics must play by the rules set by men.  The only way to change that political culture is to bring in a lot of women into politics.  As more women get into politics the culture will change and the women will not have to succumb to the male demands. The problem is that there are many ambitious women out there who are willing to play by the current rules to achieve their ambitions.  This dude knows something is not right in his home and who are we to judge him.   I am sure he discussed this matter with his wife and told he expressed his position but she decided to ignore him.  In a home, if one person objects to a visitor coming for whatever reason, then the visit must be cancelled.  The reason why she decided to side with Ruto and put her marriage in jeopardy is either Ruto gave her a lot of money or is having his way with her or both. This marriage is kaput.

Surely why would Ruto sleep with such an old fat woman? Ruto has thing for women - for young girls who are many in this country.

This guy is just under pressure from Gov and CS Tobiko. He probably got some corrupt deals and they squeezed his balls.

The Peris Tobiko is just following the UDA wave. Waiguru has also joined UDA. This reality 101 in kenya politics.

You ODMorons really need to stop being desperate - at least have some little respect for yourselves.

You are talking ideal and the rest are talking reality. Most likely both. Bringing people into your home after either the husband or the wife says no is not what good marriage is supposed to be.

UDA wave aka hustler nation is one forcing politician to become confused. Ruto knew to work the ground - and worry less about Uhuru intimidation machine - and it's payback time.

As for Murkomen and Kalenjin politician - Ruto has decided to go against tribal parties - and therefore being seen with Kalenjin or in Kalenjin is going against that messaging.

Ruto needed to sell UDA esp in Mt kenya - and I think it's deliberate move to relegate Kalenjin politicians to the periphery. Kazi yetu imeisha.

But you can bet Murkomen is in Ruto's Kitchen cabinet - there is absolutely no reason why they would fallout.

Waiguru is in a panic mode and confused. She is all over the place but her final decision will be inconsequential to the presidential race. BTW Whatsup with Murconmen.

We shall see :) -  UDA will have aspirants all over kenya - more than any other party. I expect it to field in almost all constituencies and wards.

Hustler nation messaging is a genius move.

Raila is slowly converting and promise the poor 6K per month.

True that they will get enough here and there all over the country especially MCA's but the MP's and Governors will mainly be from Kalenjin Rift Valley. BBI was the best thing to happen to RAO. It made him appear generous and ready to share power and give the Kikuyus MORE power.  Then Ruto not thinking opposed and killed it.  Now kikuyus love RAO for having fought for them but at the same time he does not have to share power if he became the 5th.  Historians will label it a stroke of political genius if RAO.  Killing BBI was a pyrrhic victory for Ruto.  The dividends for Kikuyus in RAO presidency are huge.  Luos will have gotten what they always wanted and the Kikuyus will have at last shedded away the albatross around their neck that "they never vote for another tribe" and also pay back the old political debts to the luos for Kenyattaa and Kibaki presidency. Its win win for a lot of people.
