Monica Juma had been Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Defence then  Ministry of Interior, then for short while was CS for Foreign Affairs then went to Defence as CS and then now Energy . If you want to know the face of abetting wheeler-dealers here you have one .

You are obviously aware that Keter back home in Kericho bought huge tracts of land, built a huge mansion which you can see from the highway and is trying to compete with Chirchir to also set up a Tea factory.

Njoroge was long time at KPLC as Regional Chief Engineer to MD; kula'ed a couple here and there but stole big (in spades) when he became PS.
