Possible Ruto 2022 cabinet - wishlist
« on: September 10, 2021, 11:53:56 PM »
Head of civil service or Chief Minister - Aden Duale or Dr Julius Kangogo Kipngetich
1) Finance - Kimani Ichungwa
2) State office/Home Affairs/ Internal security - Gachagua.
3) Agriculture - Dr Julius Kones
4) Housing - Dr Charles Hinga
5) Infrastructure - Prof Paul Moringa
6) ICT - Dr Bitange Ndemo
7) Planning - Dr Ndii
8) SME - Ndidi Nyoro

Others likely to get cabinet - Eliud Owalo.

Ruto will be looking for brilliant leaders with proven track record of delivery for his pet projects..those without political acumen..all have PHDS and real life experience to get stuff done.

The rest will be fillers for tribal and gender diversity

That my advice too - Ruto need to invest in his own personal security - given Matiangi is keen to downgrade his personal security

Best security is intelligence. Ruto need to have his main opponents/enemies on the radar - he should know what they had for lunch and dinner - and what they are planning.

Enhance his security...don't take anything 4 granted

Once you have hit 50 plus one - then competition is irrelevant. Ruto is competing with 50 plus one. Even Raila knows that. Unless something happen in the next 10 months to radically alter the game - Ruto already has 50 plus one.

NASA crew were given a third chance by Maraga - they refused. Raila did not participate in 2017 repeat - for plain reason - it was impossible to beat Uhuru.Nothing has changed. Now Ruto has largely secured the jubilee coalition - and is romping home.

Raila can tosha anyone but unless it affect the Jubilee coalition - it plain useless.

He can tosha a strong gema candidate - but we have NONE - and rest of Kabilas will revolt

Please refer to MOAS - thread - Ruto wins with 70 percent of GEMA and 10 percent drop - by just tapping a Wetangula.

He wins at even 50 percent of GEMA - with both MaDVD and Weta - and 40 percent with Kalonzo.

If Raila toshas someone else, Ruto is in problems...simply put it , Mt Kenya wont go and vote in 2022.

Data driven decision making is important.
Mt kenya had a 10 percent above the national average turnouit
That I believe is what will drop without Raila or Mt kenya candidate.
Otherwise there is a lot to vote for in 2022 - from MCA to Governor.
And I have done scenarios with Mt kenya voting like everyone else - at 77 percent  - from 87 percent.

Convince me it will drop beyond that without a Raila. That 5 other positions are irrelevant?

Now biggest threat to Ruto in 2022 is just 50 percent. Ruto is not entirely dependant on Mt kenya because he has been very brilliant to court both GEMA and Non-GEMA.  This is why he is doing very well. And this why he is able to shrug off the threats of Kiunjuri-Kuria...because Ruto will get votes all over the country.

If Raila toshas someone else, Ruto is in problems...simply put it , Mt Kenya wont go and vote in 2022.
