Seems to have been a cardiac arrest. My nephew just died suddenly last week in his sleep. His wife noticed he was unresponsive and by the time she got my cousin to come over and administer cpr it was too late he had been dead. At 34 years just died like that. I just saw him in June and was full of life. Anyway may be covid is contributing to these sudden deaths in young healthy men

He was always confused for a somali and as a kid there used to be fights between her family and eastleigh Somalis claiming they had kidnapped a somali kid.
