Manufacturing a vaccine and producing one are two different issues.
Note even advanced countries like Japan and South Korea have not been able to produce a covid-19 vaccine. The Chinese made covid-19 vaccines are not as effective as said to be. So I can assure you even Ugandans will not touch this Ugandan vaccine.
