I guess they intend to run to Meru and find the Otieno Judge - to do illegal stuff. During Moi's era they would run to Malindi court.

With Ndiis case atleast then there was a crazy CJ . He formed a very strong bench of Activist Judges.

Ogeto says due to public interest in the case, it is in the interest of justice that the court suspends implementation of the orders. The application will be heard today.

Hear on Sunday? It appears it was filled in the same division of the high court. That mean the duty judge will decide - and good luck getting ex-parte orders on such a rulling.
